Clear guidelines designed to protect students, parents, and teachers while maintaining a respectful and Islamic learning environment.
AjwaAcademy offers 2–3 free trial classes so parents can evaluate teaching quality, communication style, and suitability for their child before enrollment.
We strongly believe that a child’s Islamic education and moral training require cooperation between teachers and parents. Parents are expected to stay aligned with the academy’s guidance, monitor learning progress at home, attend meetings when requested, and support discipline, punctuality, and revision routines. Without parental cooperation, effective training and tarbiyah are not possible.
Students must attend classes regularly and on time. Missed classes without prior notice may not be rescheduled. Repeated absence may affect the student’s progress. Discipline is an essential part of Islamic learning.
Students are expected to show respect to teachers, maintain proper behavior during class, and avoid distractions during online sessions. AjwaAcademy promotes a friendly yet disciplined learning environment.
Fees are charged monthly and must be paid in advance. Fees are non‑refundable once classes begin. International students may be charged in USD/GBP.
Teacher allocation depends on availability, time zone, and course requirements. AjwaAcademy reserves the right to change teachers when necessary to ensure quality education.
Regular feedback may be shared with parents. Progress is monitored through performance and revision. Parents are encouraged to communicate openly with the academy.
Parents must ensure a stable internet connection, a suitable learning environment at home, and device readiness before class.
Student and teacher profiles shown on the website may be representative for demonstration and trust‑building purposes. Actual assignments may vary.
AjwaAcademy reserves the right to update policies when required. Parents will be informed of any significant changes.
